Hei guys welcome to my blog if you're new here my name is Neuson and I do share that are Beauty fashion and fitness Focus first of all I want to say that crazy right now so if you do hear something during that would be why I feel like I took a break from doing more my health and fitness but I know that a lot of guys like those. So today I'm going to share my top 10 tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and I do speak a lot about moving it healthy so I'm just going to share my two cents on how I maintain my guess we can just get started what was that.
1. Hydrate
Always had the day off with a glass of water like a huge glass of water like this babe and I do that because it helps Kickstart my metabolism and it just gets the body going I also drink a gallon of water everyday and I do this because it has significantly helped so many different things for me my skin clears up incredibly when I drink a ton of water I don't really help flush out toxins and it just causes your body and then if you drink a glass of water before and after every meal it helps you so you aren't over-eating also.
2. Motivate
I like to incorporate into my life just to help keep me awake motivated and inspired to do whatever it is that I'm doing when I talk about a healthy lifestyle and not just referring to Fitness and your body but overall a healthy lifestyle but lately I've been reading this book by Joel Osteen it's called your best life begins each morning I loved it because I wake up in the morning I read a page and it helps make my day so much better if you read any type of motivational or inspirational quotes or anything like that I think is a great way to start off the day as long as you have something there and that's positive it just makes you feel good you mediately.
3. Nourish
How to eat clean and it can be really difficult if you're not eating junk food you might find it hard to just email it and jump into eating clean and eating clean is eating Fresh & Natural Foods fresh fruits and vegetables from your Farmers Market if you eat meat then like lean meat like chicken and turkey no refined sugar is a nothing with the process to basically.
4. Balance
If I were off of eating clean I noticed that eating junk food just makes me feel really lethargic and I don't want to do anything I don't have energy it's just it doesn't make me feel good at all but that's why I like to encourage people to eat clean just because of one for me so it's not like I'm like trying to reach you but you also don't want to deprive yourself so if you're out having dinner with friends or boyfriend or something and you want to have a slice of cake you want to have a cupcake and then go ahead and do that you just want to maintain a balance and not overdo it you know like eat a whole box of donuts or something.
5. Alcohol
Avoid alcohol in there but I think being an alcoholic really bad for the body not only for the physical appearance but internally also but when you drink alcohol it just sits in your stomach and it floats you up so late if you drink a lot of wine then it can really blow you up over time and you'll just look puffy all over
6. Be Active
I like to do something active every day it doesn't have to be something that's going to bore you like is going to the gym with you then switch it up and you can always get a ton of cardio and just by going to like a long walk and I love that when I was in New York for a lot of people staying active and exercising maybe for like 30 minutes and it makes you feel good and it's kind of like therapeutic for me running can be really therapeutic just kind of go with your thoughts and it gives you time to clear your mind and just get some clarity so running walking and going for a jog or blanking Vikings fun paddle boarding in the summertime canoe ride go kayaking if you are near mountains or something go for a hike.
7. Detox
Watch my blog in the past then you probably know that I like to detoxify my body and my mind to reduce cleansing so detox for me is very important so I like to do them seasonally just to help cleanse out my body and it's just like doing spring-cleaning I mean you you should cleanse out your body for me it's just kind of like a reset.
8. Push
What are work-related move your body you want to lose a certain amount of weight or just maintain the way that you're at then just know that you don't have to you don't stress yourself out about it and expect so much from yourself just take small steps everything starts from baby steps and over time it will happen I'm just got to be patient and keep working I think maintaining consistency is what has helped me so much like as far as a schedule for work and projects and then working out I don't know it every morning and then I will do like squats and abs and night and I have been doing this routine for a long time and I like to have a routine like that just because it keeps me balanced.
9. Reboot
Sundays are my days where I just like to relax and have a good time with my son and take him out and do some things and I treat myself I don't work out on Sunday so I like to just have that day for you know relaxation and just to do something fun so I think it's important to that have you know what time when you're not focusing on you know I need to do that so you can do that I have to work out for 3 hours today.
10. Positivity
Black screen but most importantly I think keeping positive people around you at all times it's going to bother you and your life it's best to have positive people around you that want you to achieve your goals just as much as you do and they're going to help you do that if you have any negative people around you then just eliminate them I mean not eliminate them that sounds like you know what I mean just yourself from the negativity and focus on keeping positive people around you that are only good to you and help you in your life and that's what I do to me.
